Amenities
Firstly, we kindly asked for a second laundry pod (only one was left for an apt to host 6 people) and was declined (it’s one laundry pod - and cleaning crew was coming to the apartment building daily).
Then we tried washing our towels and clothes, but unfortunately the washing machine was broken and our towels were caked in soap scum, some wet and some dry. When we informed the host, we were met with resistance in believing there was an issue with the washing machine. We also requested more towels since we had more days in our stay but were IGNORED through the end of our stay.
To “make things right” they offered an 4 hours late check out (which we had already asked for and was declined). The lack of consideration to not receive sanitary towels was just astonishing….
I don’t think this is the issue of the individual communicating with us directly, but instead the rental management company who is only interested in their margins.Show more Mila was a great host she made sure we had everything we needed and more thank you so much!Show more
