Otima localização. Exatidao com anuncio. Foram flexíveis no checkout. Percebi muita iluminação pela manhã nos quartos. Sugiro um blackout mais eficiente.

My friends and I loved our stay here! It was so so spacious even with 4 people. Very clean and the beach towels and full size fridge came in handy!

Great apt a few bocks from the beach and most of the action but on a side street so it’s quiet. <br/>Pros: location, great condition, spacious living room, balcony, codes for all entrances so you don’t need to carry around a key,  easy to communicate with host.<br/>Cons: the mattresses are very soft so they kind of sink in, zero kitchen food supplies (ie no salt, oil, sugar etc) but there’s a mini mart right downstairs: <br/>Overall great. I would happily return.

We've been coming to this neighborhood for years for work and staying in a hotel. Decided to make the switch to a larger airbnb and so happy that we found this option which was more expensive but worth the extra for all the extra room. We had hoped to have our original 5th floor location but ended up on 2nd floor so the patio had more street/neighbor noise and less of a view but the access to common 2nd floor terrace was a nice treat. We had a couple of small things that needed tending and were handled immediately. The responsiveness of the host was really top notch. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great time here! There were a few very minor issues but overall the location and apartment was exactly what I'd been hoping for. Maria was also very responsive and friendly, and the guide website provided was helpful!

Great location!
We got into Miami very late, not getting to the rental until 2am. It was very helpful how easy and smooth it was accessing the property and our apartment. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our group of 5. Everyone slept well and the apartment was nice and cool. The kitchen and living area spaces were great! We enjoyed some time out on the balcony and that was very nice to have the seating area. Thank you to the owners/property management and for Edgar who helped with maintenance. I would highly recommend this rental property!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovata davvero bene. L’alloggio è accogliente, ben tenuto e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto pubblicate. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Ocean Drive, il che permette di godersi il meglio di Miami Beach senza bisogno di mezzi.<br/>Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la cortesia e la disponibilità dell’host: sempre pronto a rispondere con tempestività e gentilezza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.<br/>Consigliatissimo!

Great spot, Great Communication
Had a great stay at this condo. Based on the pictures in the listing, I was expecting a higher floor with more of a view, but otherwise it was exactly as shown.  We were Fl 3. The layout for three was perfect. The space is great and it is so walkable to fun things. We had a car and took advantage of the garage which was seamless and so convenient. The streets were crowded and not sure how parking would have gone. We had a couple questions and needs while we were there and the management was so quick to respond and help. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place. One small suggestion would be an extra chair on the patio. There are three beds, three people and only two chairs outside!
