A basic apartment. Space looks much better on pictures, but its not bad.
Was sometimes not easy to reach site management (phone doesnt get answered always, and sometimes it takes couple of reminders to get basics such as trash cans, or baby bassinet placed). The location and the online support was fantastic! A decent stay overall, and no major problems. It begrudges me to write this review as I know how hard it is to run these business’ . However, I feel this might be helpful to the host at least . All of the following was communicated to the host .
My wife and I booked this unit for 4 nights . We stayed for 15 minutes before going to a hotel .
The place was very worn . The pictures did not match the suite . My wife felt unsafe . There were some unsavoury people in and around the lobby area . The smell of marijuana in the hall . The smell in the unit was musty and mouldy . Very few towels . Poor quality bed . Rusted fixtures etc.
I could go on and on . The host basically disregarded my concerns when I asked for some consideration on a partial refund . I did not want a full refund as I did book the place after all .
Generally this host is doing the bare minimum . This business is highly competitive . There was a lack of though and no added touch in terms of customer service or creating a comfortable experience. This is nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. We recommend for family. Modern and clean place. The host was very responsive and it was an easy checkin with clear instructions, It was a 7 min walk to ocean drive and it was a great location with a Walgreens close by and a small grocery store. I would recommend this place to everyone. I really liked the modern restrooms and kitchen. 10/10
