This would have been fine for a few nights, but it's not suitable for a long-term rental. (We stayed for 4 weeks.)
- No dedicated work station. Airbnb agreed this was falsely advertised and required the owner to give us a partial refund.
- The headboard shares a wall with the elevator shaft, so the constant noise made it hard to sleep.
- All units in the building have the same cheap metal kitchen chairs and we could hear them scraping on the cement floors 24x7 like broken trumpets. Felt stickers on the feet would be an inexpensive fix!
- Ottoman/coffee table pictured in front of the sofa was missing. Balcony chairs were different than the comfortable ones pictured.
- Lock was broken on the balcony door. They didn't feel like fixing it and told us "you're on the 4th floor so you don't need to worry about it".
- Washer/dryer is one very loud combo machine that takes 3-5 hours to run one load.
- Filters need to be replaced in the fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer and AC Claudia

Wonderful experience. Close enough to the action and yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. Walkable, safe, convenient. worth the price for the size of the apartment. It provided privacy ,comfort, and hang out space for our family of 4. I can see it fitting two more guests if needed with same comfort. Jillian

It was good, I just didn’t understand why there was only one towel limit but then no detergent? I would’ve been happy to do laundry if I was given detergent. It felt like everything was limited n had to pay on top of what I’m already paying. There were no bedding for the pull out. Besides that it was very good! Great spot, centrally located. Balcony has a nice view.
