Great location! Walkable to beach. Meridian Good Market right next to the laundry shop was a great local spot for a quick home cooked meal. Overall great stay !

Great location!
We got into Miami very late, not getting to the rental until 2am. It was very helpful how easy and smooth it was accessing the property and our apartment. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our group of 5. Everyone slept well and the apartment was nice and cool. The kitchen and living area spaces were great! We enjoyed some time out on the balcony and that was very nice to have the seating area. Thank you to the owners/property management and for Edgar who helped with maintenance. I would highly recommend this rental property!

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Ocean Drive, il che permette di godersi il meglio di Miami Beach senza bisogno di mezzi.<br/>Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la cortesia e la disponibilità dell’host: sempre pronto a rispondere con tempestività e gentilezza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.<br/>Consigliatissimo!

Check in process was easy, walk to the beach and some great restaurants! Edgar, the property manager, was super helpful and kind. A great stay and we would stay again!

Wonderful Property
Everything you see online is true to the space. You're so close to everything! The building is nestled into a neighborhood setting so it's very safe and secure. The host is responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and efficient. I definitely will stay here again.
